Meet the Team

Bob Armbruster, President

Bob Armbruster Jr. is President and founder of Clean Team Inc.  Bob is an active member of the Building Service Contractors Association (BSCAI), an organization that provides education and training to building contractors. 

Bob has spoken on topics related to the janitorial industry at BSCAI conventions.  Industry magazines have interviewed Bob for a variety of articles, highlighting his unique approach to customer service and expertise in the field. 

Clean Team Inc has also participated in product testing and development.  In 2009, Bob was a recipient of an Entrepreneurial & Business Excellence Award in Toledo, Ohio.

Bob and his wife reside in Holland, Ohio.  His hobbies include fitness training, fishing, boating and all sports.  

Bob Armbruster Sr., Business Development Manager

Bob provides support, direction, and coordination to the operations at Clean Team Inc.  Bob joined Clean Team Inc, with over fifteen years of experience in the cleaning industry.  He has also held management positions in several large companies.  Bob is a University of Cincinnati graduate with a Bachelors of Business Administration.

Bob enjoys spending time with his wife, family and four grandchildren.  He also enjoys golfing and working around the house.

Chris Bear, Office Manager

Chris is responsible for overseeing the office staff, HR responsibilities, and other administrative tasks. He is a University of Toledo graduate with a Bachelors of Business Administration and has six years experience as an HR Generalist with a local Healthcare Services firm.

Chris enjoys camping, basketball, drag racing and spending time with his fiancé (Kaitlyn), friends & family.

Joe Ochamanek, Operations Manager

Joe Ochmanek is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including the Area Managers. Joe also has a role in customer follow up, quality and training.

Joe and his wife of twenty years reside in Toledo, Ohio. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family. Joe and his wife also enjoy vacationing in Nashville and Daytona Beach.

Casey Jordan, General Manager, Tiffin, Ohio Office

Casey is responsible for managing and coordinating all operations at the Tiffin, Ohio location.  He provides support through training, supervision, quality inspections and customer follow up.  Casey carries over 16 years of experience in commercial cleaning.

Casey and his family reside in Tiffin, Ohio.  His hobbies include teaching Sunday school, politics and sports.

John Widman, Area Manager

John provides support to all areas of operations at Clean Team Inc. He carries over 10 years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry.  He is responsible for specific job sites, customer follow up, quality inspections, and training.  John graduated from Bowling Green University with a Bachelors of Arts.

John and his son reside in Delta, Ohio.  John’s hobbies include fitness, traveling and NASCAR.

Kathy Armbruster, Accounts Payable

Kathy has been part of Clean Team Inc since the beginning.  She is responsible for accounts payable and other administrative tasks.

Kathy enjoys being with her husband, spending time with family, especially their four grandchildren.  Kathy also enjoys walking and traveling.

Patrick Gallagher, Sales Representative

Patrick’s responsibilities include developing new business relationships for Clean Team Inc, working with customers and providing support for the growth of the company. Patrick is a proud graduate of St. Johns Jesuit School.  He is currently working on a Bachelor Degree from Lourdes College.

Martin Hauptman, Hiring Manager

Marty is responsible for filling open positions at Clean Team Inc.  He also works closely with the mangers to ensure that each individual job site is staffed with employees to meet its specific needs.

Marty and his wife reside in Toledo, Ohio.  They have three children and seven grandchildren.  In his spare time, Marty and his wife enjoy traveling and spending time with their family.

Diana Taylor, Accounts Receivable/ Customer Service

Diana’s responsibilities include a variety of accounting functions and customer service.  She holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Toledo.

Diana and her husband reside in Maumee, Ohio.  They are the proud parents of five children and three grandchildren.  They enjoy boating and relaxing on the beach, watching college basketball and spending time with grandchildren.

Samantha Klein, Area Manager

Samantha is responsible for managing assigned job sites.  She provides support through training, supervision; quality inspections and customer follow up. 

Samantha grew up in Florida, and moved to Ohio in 2000 with her family.  She enjoys spending time outdoors, swimming, hiking or biking.  

Sam Howard, Area Manager

Sam is responsible for managing assigned job sites. He provides support through training, supervision; quality inspections and customer follow up.

Sam is a Navy veteran and graduate from Monroe County Community College, with an Associate of Science degree. Sam his wife and two daughters reside in Temperance, Michigan. His hobbies include reading, playing the guitar and spending time with his family.
